This week, the BESDATA family gathered to celebrate a major milestone: our 9th Anniversary Annual Meeting.
The theme, “Virtue Moves the World, Insight Through Visualization, Create to Lead the Future” (Chinese: 德行天下，镜观其变，创领未来), set the direction for the year ahead. The highlight of the event was our founder Ms. Amanda’s keynote, where she connected this vision to the reality of our business—our technology, our partners, and our global team.
She introduced the six core values that will guide BESDATA into 2026. These values are organized under three pillars—Virtue, Insight, and Creation—bridging our internal culture with the trust we build externally with partners and clinicians worldwide.
1. Virtue (德): Responsibility & Altruism

Responsibility (责任)
“When we lay in the hospital, we won’t pray for that: Hope the things they’re using is not manufactured by our company.”
This statement reflects the foundation of BESDATA’s approach to product quality. Responsibility is not an abstract value—it is embedded in every design decision, manufacturing process, and quality check. Whether it is a reusable video laryngoscope or a single-use ureteroscope, each device is developed with the understanding that patient safety comes first.
For our partners, this responsibility means confidence—confidence in compliance, reliability, and long-term trust in the products they represent.

3. Create to Lead the Future (创): Creativity & Development

Development represents our long-term commitment. To “Lead the Future,” we must aim high—committing to continuous product improvement, stable supply, and clear roadmaps. Our goal is not rapid expansion at any cost, but sustainable growth built on trust and consistency.
